No Refund Policy

  • Voluntary cancellation
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal

No Chargeback Agreement

You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with your bank or payment provider without first contacting NOVA IA to attempt resolution.

4. Fraud and Abuse

NOVA IA reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account involved in:

  • Chargebacks
  • Payment disputes
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to take legal action where appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and technology related to NOVA IA are the exclusive property of the company.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

NOVA IA uses artificial intelligence.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Accuracy of results
  • That outputs constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial)

Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

NOVA IA shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Third-party services

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
